Restart Side Story 11

Siwoo flopped down on the plush bed and hugged a pillow. He moved the joystick to turn on his favorite game and began focusing on the game in a comfortable position. Whenever an urgent situation arose, he didn’t stop grumbling while wiggling his legs.

“Playing games?”

At Evan’s voice along with the sign of someone’s presence, Siwoo briefly glanced over to confirm he was coming in, then quickly looked back at the large TV screen.

“I think I can clear it if I just go a little further. I keep getting stuck here.”

“Want me to help?”

“No. I’m going to do it.”

Without stopping the game, Siwoo operated the joystick while shifting slightly to the side to make room for Evan to sit. There wasn’t much conversation between Siwoo, who continued gaming while lying on his stomach, and Evan, who sat leaning against the headboard looking at his tablet.

Having been together for a long time, it was completely natural for the two of them to spend time like this, each doing what they liked.

“What are you watching? A movie?”

While one chapter ended and saved, Siwoo wiggled his legs and spoke first.

“I have some materials to look over. What are you going to do tomorrow?”

“I was thinking of going out to get some fresh air.”

“Where are you going?”

“Don’t know.”

Siwoo, who had been checking his character’s equipment after moving to the next area, smiled softly while slightly twisting his body when Evan’s hand touched his calf.

“That tickles.”

“What tickles.”

Evan, who had been lightly tapping Siwoo’s calf with his fingertips as if tickling him at first, began massaging his calf refreshingly, and Siwoo stopped moving his legs.

“Ah… me, not the right one, the left one.”

Though it seemed like Siwoo was avoiding Evan’s touch for a moment, he soon told him where he wanted him to massage.

Evan stared for quite a while at the back of Siwoo, who was lying on his stomach absorbed in the game, wearing a short-sleeved t-shirt and short shorts. Sometimes, spending comfortable time like this with Siwoo felt like a dream. The more time they spent together, the happier he was to learn each and every little habit, down to the smallest details.

Siwoo would sit up to play other games, but when it came to this particular game, he always played it lying on his stomach on the bed like this. When Evan asked why, Siwoo said doing it like this made him feel like he was actually shooting the gun himself.

“Ah. No! I said no.”

Evan’s lips curved up gently at Siwoo’s voice muttering as if he himself were the game character. Evan could fully feel Siwoo’s legs tensing up whenever an urgent situation occurred. Evan, who had been moving his gaze from the chestnut-like back of Siwoo’s head to his straight back, his roundly raised bottom, and the legs stretched out below his short pants, let out a small sigh and shifted his gaze to the tablet.

He had asked his secretary for some necessary information, and they had organized the materials nicely, so he definitely needed to review them. While Evan’s eyes were fixed on the tablet, one of his hands didn’t stop and continued massaging Siwoo’s legs alternately.

Evan, who had been reviewing the materials while listening to the bizarre screams of zombies, the noisy gunfire, and even Siwoo’s thick profanity according to the in-game situations, checked an email that arrived late. Evan, who had been reading down with an indifferent gaze, slipped his hand that had been touching only the calf toward the thigh.

“Nimha, not there. Please go down.”

Siwoo said this while satisfyingly chopping off the head of a zombie blocking his way with an axe.

“Coco.”

Starting with chopping off the zombie’s head, a full-blown brawl broke out, so although Siwoo heard Evan’s words, he didn’t answer.

“I have something I’m curious about, can I ask?”

“Ah! That hand. I’m playing this.”

He was busy dealing with the zombies that, once he took down one, would fill that spot again as if they’d been waiting, crowding in.

“You’re with me right now, but the game is more important?”

At Evan’s absurd words, Siwoo let out a small laugh and quickly held the joystick in one hand while stretching his other hand back to smack Evan’s hand that had climbed up to his upper thigh.

“You’re funny.”

“Funny?”

“Yaa!!”

Along with the retort asking if he was funny, Evan’s touch that had been refreshingly releasing the muscles without any ulterior motive changed, and as the pheromones filled the room deeply, Siwoo flailed his body.

And Siwoo’s character fell. Following that, the screen darkened, and a message asking if he wanted to revive filled the TV screen.

“I died! Just a little further and it was the safe base!”

Siwoo, who tossed the joystick down under the bed, sat up abruptly and looked at Evan, who was still leaning against the headboard with the tablet in one hand.

At Evan’s annoying appearance of shrugging his shoulders with an expression as if to say “how unfortunate,” Siwoo pounced on him.

“You think I can’t interrupt you?”

Siwoo’s hand, straddling Evan’s thigh as he sat comfortably and facing him, immediately went for his tablet. Then Evan raised his arm, which was longer than Siwoo’s, and Siwoo also stretched out his arm trying to grab the tablet.

Smooch-.

Siwoo, who had been trying to snatch the tablet held in Evan’s hand, let out a small sigh at his action of wrapping his waist with his hand not holding the tablet and kissing him somewhere between his cheek and jaw.

“I’ll give you the tablet, so let me just ask one question.”

“If you ask two, I’ll kill you.”

Siwoo, who had plopped down on his thighs, looked at Evan’s face, handsome no matter when he looked at it.

“Why are you trying to buy a house?”

“……”

“They’re all in this area though.”

Siwoo hesitated at Evan’s completely unexpected question, then closed his lips that had been slightly parted at what he said next.

There are no eternal secrets.

And Siwoo also had no intention of dragging this secret out for long.

For now, he just hoped Evan wouldn’t know for a little while, and it was something that would all be settled tomorrow.

He planned to tell him after that, but he got caught when he only needed to hide it for one more day.

“Coco. I can hear your brain working.”

At Evan’s words driving the point home, Siwoo stuck out the tip of his tongue to moisten his parched lips first. If he lied more here, it would only make things worse between them.

He wanted to prepare properly and do it somewhat nicely, but as expected, he didn’t seem suited for such things.

“It’s our house.”

Evan, who had been watching Siwoo unable to easily continue his words even after dropping that one statement, pulled Siwoo into his embrace.

If it’s hard to talk while looking at his face, he can talk without looking.

Evan, who held him tightly as if not giving him any chance to escape, placed his chin on Siwoo’s shoulder and patted his back with his palm.

He could fully feel Siwoo’s heart beating fast, as if he was very surprised and flustered.

“Our house.”

Even when Siwoo repeated the same words, Evan waited. This place was their home, so what other house could they possibly need? Come to think of it, all the houses Siwoo had finally selected were uniformly cozy.

“You know. How much do you know?”

Siwoo, held in Evan’s embrace, closed his eyes and tried to organize his complicated thoughts.

The beginning of this matter was something very trivial.

And that was the one thing he didn’t want Evan to know.

Long if you considered it long, short if you considered it short—while Siwoo remained stuck without making any decisions, the Ocean members began to shine in various places unlike him. Starting with Evan, who left the entertainment industry to walk the path of a businessman, they were all actively working in their desired fields such as acting, directing, variety shows, and so on.

On the other hand, Siwoo spent time being neither this nor that.

Sometimes he filmed his life in the UK and Korea like a vlog. Since he had ruined live streams more than once or twice, he thought it would be better to film and edit videos.

However, as he comfortably filmed what he wanted to film, more of the trivial parts with Evan were exposed than expected. So rather than leaving it to the agency or an editor, he decided to edit it himself and learned video editing skills.

That’s how he uploaded vlogs that he had edited himself, though clumsily.

At first, the videos were at a patchwork level, so sloppy that he couldn’t even properly add music, but as his editing skills improved, they gradually got better.

In this situation, while looking for work he could do stably while being with Evan, Siwoo’s residence was also inconsistent. In Korea, he stayed at his parents’ house, and in the UK, he lived at Evan’s house. Sometimes he stayed at hotels, so Siwoo, who had no proper settlement, couldn’t put his heart anywhere.

Even while thinking the entertainment industry was disgusting, he couldn’t easily pull his foot out, and then when he was away from Evan for a long time, he couldn’t stand missing him.

As a result, it seemed that all Siwoo had left over the past year was less than twenty vlogs and flight mileage.

‘What am I going to do now?’

‘Coco. What do you think I’m going to say?’

‘Do whatever you want?’

‘But whatever it is, my thought is that I’d like you to do it by my side.’

When he seriously asked Evan a question, what came back wasn’t an answer but a question as an extension. No one forced him to live a certain life. The agency, his family, and even Evan, who was watching everything right by his side, all stayed in their places and gave Siwoo enough time.

The reason Siwoo, who had been wandering like that, decided his future in one moment was because of an incident that was big if you considered it big and small if you considered it small.

It was the day he returned to the UK after spending about two weeks in Korea for his mother’s birthday. Siwoo, who had barely stopped Evan from sending a private jet every time he went back and forth between Korea and the UK, had agreed to travel in first class. Although he could travel comfortably thanks to using first class and the driver who picked him up at the airport, long flights were always tiring.

After simply finishing a shower, Siwoo turned on the TV and ended up seeing an unbelievable scene.

Next to Evan’s photo was a photo of some beautiful woman, and below that, several short videos like paparazzi cuts appeared one after another. Things like complicated family trees appeared, and words about bloodlines and traits and whatnot rang out noisily.

It was a dating rumor between Evan Lewis and Olivia Herington.
