“No, a taxi. You have to take me home.”
At that shameless and cute demand, Iseo almost let his expression crumble. This was beyond whether it made sense or not—it was so brazen it was cute. Iseo continued to chew the inside of his mouth while keeping his chin raised.
Asking him to throw such a tantrum was an unreasonable demand. No one demanded such things from Iseo, but Iseo gauged for himself what he was capable of. The act of weakness he was showing Yeon Taeju now had already reached its limit, and he should say something like that?
“Why didn’t you bring it? Just live here with us.”
This time his hand touched the top of Hyeonju’s head. He teased with a playful tone mixed with laughter, smiling that spinning face as he did with him.
“Hey, if you called me here, you have to take responsibility to the end. And this isn’t even your house…!”
At this point, there was one thing Iseo was curious about. Why did Yeon Taeju call his girlfriend here?
The last words were whispered with minimal lip movement to keep Iseo from hearing, but it was useless. Hyeonju’s voice was too high and loud anyway. Iseo heard it too well and pretended not to have heard instead.
“You can think of it as our house, hyung and I are that close.”
For the first time, Iseo’s brow twitched. Close? Bodies? The lower regions that had pressed together?
Iseo’s thoughts became increasingly twisted. The displeased expression gradually appeared on his face.
What the hell are you trying to do? Seok Iseo had countless thoughts inside but absolutely never let them out.
He was confused whether the purpose of what he was saying now was to show off their closeness or to make his girlfriend Gwak Hyeonju stay at this house. Iseo wasn’t pleased with either. To be clear, he was irritated enough for his hair to stand on end.
He wasn’t generous or understanding enough to observe Yeon Taeju’s woman up close, not from afar. Even if that position could never be his.
“Never mind, I have practice tomorrow morning.”
“Are you still doing what you mentioned before? The Form of Galaxy collaboration?”
“Yeah! That one. Only a few weeks left now.”
“But is it okay to skip practice and come like this?”
Iseo’s eyes grew sharper watching the chattering couple. Before they could rise any higher, the employee brought out refreshments elegantly. Fortunately. Because it could stop their chattering, even if just for a moment.
The employee placed tea with a clear pink tint in front of Iseo, and coffee in front of Taeju and Hyeonju.
“Oh my, what’s that oppa is drinking? The color is so pretty.”
Too clueless to be praised for sociability. Iseo ignored the woman’s words as she looked at him fondly, lifting his teacup with a cold face.
Ms. Lee Sunoh noticed that Iseo didn’t like to speak. She knelt down, placed simple refreshments on the tea table, and spoke instead.
“It’s a blend of jasmine and hibiscus. The young master enjoys it—shall I bring you some?”
Hyeonju smiled prettily. Even that, Iseo saw without missing a thing. Her large eyes seemed to know nothing of defense or caution.
“Yes, please give me some too.”
“I’ll bring it to you.”
“No, I’ll drink coffee too. What if the tea doesn’t taste good?”
The employee who had tried to remove the coffee placed in front of Hyeonju laughed briefly. Being so blatantly honest, she wasn’t particularly disagreeable.
“Yes.”
Iseo’s teacup clinked clearly against the saucer.
“Do you perform?”
For the first time, Iseo opened his mouth toward Hyeonju. Everyone’s attention focused on him. Only the employee silently rose from her seat and left to get tea for Hyeonju.
“Yes, violin. Taeju asked me to come, so I skipped out even though the collaboration is coming up soon.”
“Then your boyfriend should come to you directly—why call a member of Peter Thames’s Korea tour all the way here?”
At Iseo’s words, Hyeonju’s eyes widened and Taeju’s eyes narrowed. Iseo looked at neither of them, looking at the edge of his teacup.
“Wow, you must like classical music! I kept telling this guy that Peter Thames was coming to Korea, but he wouldn’t even listen…”
Iseo glanced at Hyeonju. His words weren’t meant that way—he was insulting Yeon Taeju, but this adorable woman didn’t understand at all.
Taeju leaned back leisurely and crossed his arms. At least one of the two understood Iseo’s words properly. Taeju’s lips twisted slightly.
“I’m not her boyfriend, so what’s wrong with calling her?”
For the second time, change occurred in Iseo’s expression. This time it was more noticeable.
“Hey! You…”
“We’re not even dating, so why would I go that far?”
The change in Hyeonju’s expression was even more noticeable. Her face instantly flushed red and her already large eyes looked ready to spill over. Her face turning red and pale looked more pitiful than angry.
“What… does that mean…?”
This time too, the employee stopped the conversation between them at just the right time. Whether it was a conversation between the two or Yeon Taeju’s words directed at Iseo was unclear.
A cup filled with tea water as red as her face was placed before Hyeonju.
“Let’s talk for a moment.”
Hyeonju pulled Taeju’s arm and Taeju tilted his head diagonally as if he didn’t want to go. Iseo’s eyes quickly moved back and forth between Taeju and Hyeonju. And Taeju caught him doing it.
“Hey, Yeon Taeju. Come out for a moment…! Let’s talk, just the two of us.”
With Hyeonju beside him, thoroughly angry and gripping his arm, Taeju stared intently at Iseo. Iseo, caught with his frivolously moving gaze, bit his rolled lip.
The situation between the two was intriguing while simultaneously feeling like seeing his own future. Regardless of how ill-mannered and unrestrained he was, he was a man worth holding onto.
Was it too much to compare longing and desire for domination toward an untamable wild beast to Yeon Taeju?
“Hyung, just a moment. She has something to say.”
Iseo’s fingers twitched and jumped. He ignored one person to an insulting degree. Everything Yeon Taeju said, the voice he took, the actions he made, all made Iseo think countless thoughts.
Hyeonju stomped out of her seat first, fuming. Iseo’s eyes inevitably followed the retreating figure of the woman stomping away heavily.
“What did you do about down there before coming out?”
Iseo’s lower region was wet with Yeon Taeju’s semen. No matter how much there was, the flowing hadn’t ended. By the time what came out dried, it clumped and wetted his lower region once again. It felt like love juice flowing from his pussy during a heat cycle.
Iseo’s face also reddened. Iseo’s head turned too slowly to say, “Are you saying that’s appropriate in this situation?” By the time he opened his mouth to say those words, Taeju had already followed Hyeonju outside the house.
The stiffly seated posture with a completely hardened face crumbled. When alone, he could be as comfortable as he wanted. But not when someone, even an employee, was beside him.
Iseo bent his stiffly pulling waist and glanced sideways to see if anyone was around.
No one was there. The employee had disappeared into the corridor, and Yeon Taeju and Gwak Hyeonju had disappeared outside the house.
Iseo deliberated. Whether to go upstairs and shower like this or chase after where those two were. Through the window, he saw them disappearing toward the workshop.
If he went to the workshop now, he could see the two of them through the window. As long as he didn’t open the window, they wouldn’t know he was watching. The window was completely invisible from the outside.
As his thoughts reached that point, Iseo slowly rose from his seat. The decision was quick enough to make his deliberation meaningless.
Iseo walked toward the workshop with his damp lower region. His gait was awkward because of his spread-open lower region.
Even with an asshole wet with semen, he was curious about the confrontation between Yeon Taeju and his girlfriend Gwak Hyeonju. It seemed like vicious curiosity had transferred from Yeon Taeju.
Iseo pushed open the workshop door. Somehow it seemed to smell stuffy. Even though there was no way the scent of sex could still permeate this vast space.
Through the huge window, he could see the two of them. Iseo slowly approached the window with his gaze fixed on them. It was a strange feeling.
As he always felt, the feeling of voyeuristically watching others’ lives was truly peculiar. Just a few meters ahead, their confrontation unfolded like a play.
“What did you mean by those words earlier?! Huh? Are you playing around with me right now?!”
Hyeonju’s high voice pierced through the thick window. The figures of a man and woman with the azure sea behind them looked like a painting. Although they were fighting in the painting, they were perfect as subjects.
Iseo sat on a single-person sofa as if sitting in a viewing seat. He rested his chin on the armrest and observed them. Yeon Taeju’s mouth opened. His voice couldn’t be heard.
His face, fully receiving the summer sunlight as if receiving pin light lighting, was handsome. Despicable and beautiful.
Even with an angry woman in front of him, he didn’t care. Then why did Yeon Taeju ask her to come? From what he heard earlier, he’d called her saying he wanted to see her.
Did he want to see her, that woman? Without realizing it, Iseo bent his waist further and stuck his head forward. An effort to see the woman in detail. Even so, there was nothing special about the woman. There could be. Full of life, spirited, and lovely. All adjectives extremely different from himself.
“After calling me all the way here, all you can say is…!”
