# Chapter 28
But Yoon Minoh managed to endure the stench while holding his nostrils closed. After personally wiping Yeo Dowoon’s eyes, which were covered in sticky mucus, he asked ominously.
“What if this is toxic or something?”
“It’s fine as long as you don’t eat too much of it.”
As his vision cleared a bit, Yeo Dowoon looked at his stained clothes and muttered without much emotion.
“I’ll have to throw these away.”
Then he lifted a huge block of ice aimed above them. The ice was large enough to create a shadow of nearly 2 meters, causing Yoon Minoh to startle and pull Yeo Dowoon’s arm.
“Hyung!”
Despite the urgent voice calling him, Yeo Dowoon casually shot up bright red flames.
“Just stand there, man.”
Swoosh!
The rapidly melting ice transformed into a fierce waterfall, drenching the two of them.
Yoon Minoh, who couldn’t properly open his eyes due to the strong current, opened his mouth in awe at the warm sensation that began drying his clothes.
In less than 3 minutes, Yeo Dowoon returned to his original fluffy appearance and gave Yoon Minoh a light forehead flick, saying:
“You’ll still need to wash again at home. The stench won’t be completely gone.”
At that, Yoon Minoh nodded up and down, overwhelmed with emotion.
This man, who he thought was just tough and macho, was actually this caring and delicate.
Although from Yeo Dowoon’s perspective it was just common courtesy, Yoon Minoh shyly fidgeted with the piercings on his earlobes and asked:
“You mean we should go to your place together, right?”
“…Are you taking advantage because I’m being nice?”
When Yeo Dowoon struck his head in horror, Yoon Minoh pulled that hand and rubbed it against his face, saying:
“I’m not some thug. If you’ve led someone on, shouldn’t you take responsibility all the way?”
He even stuck out his tongue and licked it, causing Yeo Dowoon to momentarily lose his will to live. As his mouth formed a straight line like someone who’d been slapped, Yoon Minoh asked vigorously:
“I can lick other places too, so just tell me what you want, hyung. I’m good with my tongue.”
“What does your being good at that have to do with me?”
“The more you play hard to get, the more tempting it becomes. Haa, am I really becoming an adult today?”
“You’re already an adult, you bastard!”
“Nooo, not that. You know, that thing only adults do.”
Yoon Minoh made Yeo Dowoon dizzy with his outdated flirtations.
“You’ll be surprised, hyung.”
Yeo Dowoon replied with a pale face:
“I don’t want to be surprised.”
“I’m telling you, you’ll be surprised.”
“And I’m telling you, I don’t want to be.”
“What do you think I’m talking about that makes you so defensive?”
He didn’t know what it was, but he didn’t want to know either. Yeo Dowoon pleaded in a sunken voice, one syllable at a time:
“Fine. I get that you’re crazy. But I don’t like crazy people. Especially bastards like you…”
“Besides my face and ears, where else do you think I have piercings?”
Yeo Dowoon turned deathly pale. He hoped it wasn’t what he thought. But Yoon Minoh boldly answered his own question:
“It’s exactly where you’re thinking.”
“You, you crazy bastard…”
“Mmm, yes. A crazy bastard waiting here for you, hyung.”
Yoon Minoh was a fresh twenty-year-old who had just become an adult. An age with at least 60 more years of life ahead, truly with his whole future ahead of him.
So even if he’d already made his earlobes into rags, shouldn’t he at least take good care of his lower parts on his own!
Yoon Minoh, who smoothly brushed back his platinum blonde hair with the characteristic faded look of bleached hair, planted a kiss on Yeo Dowoon’s palm and declared:
“Now it’s time for you to evaluate. How beautifully I got it pierced.”
A deep hole that had conveniently formed in the middle of the road ignited Yeo Dowoon’s impulses.
If he buried him in there and covered it with ice, perhaps no one would be able to find Yoon Minoh’s corpse. He could perfectly conceal it so that no one could trace his disappearance.
Clank. As Yeo Dowoon’s finger caught on the end of his pants zipper, Yoon Minoh continued, panting:
“I really, ah, can’t stand it. I want to become an adult quickly. Huh? I want to be rolled around by you, hyung, or be tormented. I’m really sturdy and nice… play with me all night. I won’t disappoint you, I…”
Yeo Dowoon only felt chills at the voice that was becoming soaking wet with some unknown moisture. So he had no choice but to hastily kick Yoon Minoh’s legs out from under him.
But even though his knees buckled and he fell, Yoon Minoh couldn’t subdue the heat within him. With eyes gleaming like a starved beast, he shouted loudly:
“You want to do it outside? Hahaha! Great! So great!”
Damn, this bastard has completely lost it.
The bloodshot whites of his eyes were the first evidence, and the blood vessels bulging prominently on his forehead were the second.
Just in case, Yeo Dowoon erected high ice barriers targeting the area around Yoon Minoh. This bastard, surely not… He asked worriedly:
“…Did you eat it?”
No matter how lacking in common sense he might be, how could he think of swallowing that dull-colored, foul-smelling mucus down his throat!
Yeo Dowoon quickly shook his head as he saw Yoon Minoh, who had collapsed beyond the transparent barrier, begin to rub his lower parts against the asphalt ground as if he couldn’t bear the pleasure.
No. Absolutely not.
The bodily fluids of sinkhole monsters stimulated human adrenaline and maximized sexual sensation with an aphrodisiac effect, making it a so-called “well-selling item” that Yeo Dowoon himself had gone to rescue people from several times when he worked as an illegal miner.
But it shouldn’t cause any reaction unless consumed in quantities exceeding one triangular flask, so he couldn’t judge how recklessly one would have to tear apart and kill monsters to ingest enough fluid to become a beast in heat.
As Yoon Minoh writhed in agony and scratched at the asphalt, Yeo Dowoon hurriedly rummaged through his pockets.
Guide, he needed to call a guide.
“Fuck, where did it go!”
His mind was racing, but he couldn’t find what he needed, causing his anxiety to peak.
For a moment, the scenes from just before, when he had been sitting in the sinkhole killing monsters, unfolded panoramically in his mind.
Unfortunately, his phone must have fallen there. Just as Yeo Dowoon was about to leap into the sinkhole entangled with monster corpses:
Bang! When Yoon Minoh struck the ice barrier with his fist, a large vibration spread across the entire floor.
“F-fuck, sunbaenim…”
He warned ominously, his eyes rolling wildly.
“Run away quickly. If I catch you, I’ll fucking…”
“……”
“Lick you all over until you beg for your life…”
***
Yeo Dowoon was an outstanding talent who had never anticipated becoming a fugitive in his entire life.
Even if a situation arose where he should rightfully flee, his one and only belief that he had lived by was that he must find a way to take control.
So today’s humiliation of having to run away from an Esper charging like a wild boar behind him would, unfortunately, clearly remain in Yeo Dowoon’s memory for a long time, making him disgusted.
Crash!
The traffic light on the controlled road shattered, sending sparks flying. Standing on its debris, Yoon Minoh rubbed his tingling palms together and shouted:
“Hahaha, hyung! You’re good at hide and seek!”
Yeo Dowoon, who was hiding nearby and suppressing his presence, completely ignored his thunderous shouting and slowly counted the precursor symptoms of berserk that he himself had experienced.
His eyes, assessing Yoon Minoh’s condition, crinkled with slight irritation.
It was clear that he had consumed an immeasurable amount of sinkhole monster fluid, but he couldn’t rationally understand how greedily he must have guzzled it to become excited enough to approach berserk.
Seeing even the capillaries bulging and throbbing, he could vaguely guess that the guy was also unable to control the rising euphoria.
“This looks like an enhancement phase…”
Whenever Espers are on the verge of going berserk, they experience a violent sensation as if their brain is being scorched, while simultaneously entering a kind of enhancement phase where their physical abilities soar extremely.
When Yeo Dowoon was isolated in a ground-type dungeon and faced berserk alone, he was able to release unprecedented magma that could melt all objects, including himself, using that energy as nourishment.
However, he wasn’t hiding out of fear or reluctance to face an Esper who had entered the enhancement phase. What Yeo Dowoon found troublesome was the berserk that came with enhancement itself.
He would rage to turn the Yeouido area into ruins, and just thinking about having to stop that already made him mentally and physically tired.
Since it wasn’t easy to find Yeo Dowoon who was hiding so thoroughly that not a single hair was visible, Yoon Minoh twisted his path and suddenly began running out of the control zone.
“…That hopeless bastard!”
If his intention was to draw Yeo Dowoon out with this strategy, it was a very wise decision.
Judging that it would be more rational to give up his own life rather than drag civilians into the situation, Yeo Dowoon revealed his position to chase after the unbridled colt.
