Seonchan continued speaking.
“I know this is sudden. Maybe you’ll go back like this and never answer my calls again, but I still wanted to be honest.”
Yuho was so confused that his thoughts wouldn’t organize well.
“I like you.”
At the raw confession delivered without warning, Yuho drew in a breath.
Was it because he’d grown accustomed to Inhan’s affection? So he’d only considered Seonchan’s kindness as goodwill between friends?
Yuho found it difficult to continue speaking in this unexpected situation.
“You’re surprised.”
“……Yeah.”
“I’m not asking you to answer right now.”
Noticing Yuho’s bewilderment, Seonchan reassured Yuho by adding gentle words.
Actually, Seonchan hadn’t planned to confess so hastily either.

“Yuho hyung. You’re still up?”

“Were you waiting for me by any chance?”

Yuho playfully deflected Yeomin’s question. In a way, he had been waiting for Yeomin. It was closer to waiting for someone who might come with Yeomin, though.
“Then now that I’m here, shall we go in and sleep?”
“Yeah. Alright.”
Yuho obediently got up from the sofa and headed to the room. In fact, there was no reason to stay in the living room anymore.
The reason Yuho had been waiting for Inhan was simple. He’d clearly said he had something to say. But because he was with Seonchan, he ultimately didn’t get to hear those words. Yuho was simply curious about what those words had been.
“I heard you ate pizza and pasta for lunch.”
Yeomin, having finished all his preparations for bed, climbed up to the bunk bed while speaking to Yuho. Yuho answered simply.

“Was it good?”
“Yeah. It was totally fine? That place is a famous restaurant. You should come with us next time.”
“But why did Jung Inhan get indigestion from eating such good food?”
“Huh?”
Yuho reacted in surprise at Yeomin’s words. And immediately threw a question at Yeomin.
“Inhan got indigestion?”
“You didn’t know?”
“No. I didn’t know.”
“I guess he was fine while eating. But he recovered quickly after taking digestive medicine. You know. How sturdy he is.”
At Yeomin’s words, Yuho became troubled. Could it be that he got sick because the atmosphere was uncomfortable? It hadn’t seemed that way though.
He worried that he’d done something unnecessary and made Inhan sick again.
“He’s on a diet but keeps eating greasy food, so of course he gets sick. Idiot.”

No new messages were coming from Inhan.
He thought ignoring four messages had been too much after all.
Yuho considered contacting Inhan first, then put his phone back down.

But Inhan didn’t contact Yuho even after several more days passed. He didn’t come to the dorm either.

Inhan uploaded Monday Inhan without missing it, just as Yuho had requested.
Yuho stared at his phone screen for a while before leaving SNS.
It was the fifth day since Inhan hadn’t come to the dorm.
Yuho went out to the living room and had breakfast with cereal.
The dorm was quiet, as if everyone had already gone out.
Just then, the door to the empty corner room suddenly opened. Yuho turned his head in surprise.
“Yuho hyung. Did you sleep well?”
The one who greeted Yuho was none other than Yeomin. Yuho asked Yeomin in puzzlement.
“Why are you coming out of that room?”
“I slept here yesterday though?”
“Why?”
“Inhan came and we slept here together.”
At Yeomin’s answer, Yuho let out a sigh of relief. Of course. He thought he’d worried for nothing.
There’s no way Jung Inhan would ignore his request. Yuho wondered when he’d be able to become composed about his issues with Inhan.
“What about food? What do you want to eat?”
Yuho asked Yeomin with a smiling face.
“No. I have to go out right away.”
Yeomin immediately declined and stretched while heading to the bathroom.
Yuho sat on the living room sofa all morning, continuously waiting for Inhan to open the door and come out.
In the meantime, Yeomin finished preparing to go out and even packed his bag before coming to the living room.
“Hyung. I’m going.”
“Already?”
“Yeah. I have to practice choreography.”
“What about Inhan?”
Yuho unknowingly threw the question at Yeomin. The truth was he was a bit tired of waiting for Inhan.
“Inhan? He left ages ago.”

“He had to go home to get something, so he left at dawn. I don’t know why he even slept at the dorm if he was going to do that.”

“You thought he was still here.”

After finishing his farewell, Yeomin immediately left the dorm. Even after Yeomin left, Yuho continued sitting on the living room sofa, only returning to his room after a long while.

Yuho had arrived at the company office after being summoned by Suhyung. Without any explanation, Suhyung handed Yuho a stack of several sheets of paper. Yuho was flustered by the printouts before him and couldn’t continue speaking.
“These are the assigned lines for drama auditions you’ll see next month.”
“This many?”
Yuho asked Suhyung back in surprise. At first, he thought it was a lot of lines from one work, but they were all lines from different works.
“If it’s too much, you can just do a few of them.”
“No. I should do them all.”
He said that, but he wondered if he could properly prepare all of them.
Looking at each requested role one by one, most were high school student roles, and among them were a few that were child roles.

“Right.”
It was an opportunity to officially debut in a drama, so Yuho thought what did the size of the role matter.
“Ah. This is a movie, and this film director said he saw you at the screening.”

The work about a high school band club seems good too. After deliberating, Yuho pointed at one paper with his finger.

It was Director Yoon Seongjin’s work. Unlike the other roles with light and bright feelings, it had a story and gloomy atmosphere, so he liked it.
After that, Yuho was constantly busy analyzing and memorizing the assigned audition lines.
He had three that he had to film and send acting videos for by this week, so he didn’t have time to think about other things.
