Did he need the bathroom urgently?
The door closed as carefully as the footsteps. Only after Jung Sanho disappeared from sight did the tension dissipate. Seungyeon scratched his head and groggily sat up.
He roughly tidied the sliding blanket and looked at the quiet bathroom. Could he be that type? Unable to use outside bathrooms and only able to use his own home bathroom……
If he’d been holding it in and went, it made sense that a curse would slip out. Though it wasn’t his intention, he felt slightly sorry for making him feel self-conscious even about going to the bathroom. Seungyeon rubbed his eyes while suppressing a yawn. Since I’m somewhat awake now, I should suggest going home as soon as Jung Sanho finishes his business. After this much delay, whether it was Go Yeongbin or Jung Seyeong, they would have given up and run away by now.
Seungyeon, who had stretched his stiff body, lightly tapped Jung Sanho’s phone on the nightstand. The time displayed on the screen was 3 AM. It meant he had slept for at least 6 hours like this.
If he was this dumbfounded, how much more so must Jung Sanho be? Seungyeon let out a snicker.
“At least I won’t have to worry about insomnia.”
Still, being able to sleep well and having a healthy body is a blessing. It was fortunate that his obliviousness had its uses. Seungyeon smacked his lips while looking out the window.
Like that, 5 minutes passed and 10 minutes went by. After yawning about three more times, lying down on the bed and getting up twice, he checked the time again. A full 30 minutes had passed since Jung Sanho disappeared into the bathroom.
No matter how soundproof it was, there wasn’t a single sound of water and it was as quiet as a mouse. Wouldn’t 30 minutes be enough time to shower twice? Seungyeon’s eyebrows rose at the increasingly long wait time.
“Don’t tell me… constipation……?”
It’s a condition everyone has these days. Seungyeon touched the locked screen of Jung Sanho’s phone with his fingertip. About 33 minutes had passed since Jung Sanho entered the bathroom. There was no sign of the bathroom door opening. He flopped down on the bed and hugged the pillow. He nodded off for quite a while in the quiet atmosphere before suddenly coming to his senses. Seungyeon, who had rubbed the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand, frowned upon discovering the still-empty bed.
“No, how much is he even shitting?”
Not 30 minutes, not 40 minutes, but a whole hour. If there’s been no news for this long, wouldn’t it be proper to check if he’d fallen into the toilet or something? Glaring at the firmly closed bathroom door, he roughly swept back his disheveled hair. Act as natural as possible. If he asked like someone who just woke up, ‘When are you coming out?’, he would answer.
Seungyeon, who had roughly imagined a scenario, got off the bed and approached the bathroom. He reached out toward the firmly closed door that looked particularly heavy. The moment he was about to knock, he heard a whimpering sound from inside the door.
At first, he thought he’d misheard. Is there a dog whining somewhere? Wondering what it was, he withdrew his hand and pressed his ear close to the door. That sound flowed into his perked-up ears.
“……Hnngh……”
It was definitely Jung Sanho’s voice. Whether he was groaning or crying, it was a weak and fragile tremor like an injured baby deer.
Did something really happen? Did he slip and hit his head on the floor or something? Once the floodgates of imagination opened, it spread in all directions. If Jung Sanho headbutted the bare floor with his build, in the worst case, he’d be paralyzed. The image of Jung Sanho lying on the floor bleeding and groaning appeared in Seungyeon’s mind. His heart sank. Without further ado, he knocked on the bathroom door.
“Hey, Jung Sanho! Nothing’s wrong, right?”
Though he might have shouted not to come in, there was no news from inside. Seungyeon, who had been banging on the door, grabbed the doorknob. From the clicking and turning, fortunately it seemed he hadn’t locked it. Just as he was about to enter the bathroom without hesitation, something blocked him.
With one door between them, Jung Sanho’s shadow was faintly visible. Through the door gap opened about a hand’s width, Jung Sanho’s face peeked out.
His forehead drenched in cold sweat and his flushed cheeks were suspicious, but there seemed to be no major injuries. Even when he tried to push the door with his body to see more clearly, the door didn’t budge as if it had hit a wall.
“No, are you okay? You’re not hurt anywhere, right?”
I heard groaning sounds, definitely? Seungyeon thrust his face into the door gap. Jung Sanho, startled by that momentum, flinched and stepped back. His completely reddened earlobes brushed past the gap.
“I’m fine. So let go of the door……”
“No, I thought something happened because you weren’t coming out for so long. Are you really okay? I heard some sound earlier?”
“Wh-what sound……! Stop opening the bathroom door repeatedly and go over there!”
Jung Sanho, whose body trembled, spat out words in an instant like a rapper. Seungyeon, who had stuck his foot into the door gap, examined his face.
“No, you’ve been in the bathroom for over an hour. What the hell are you doing in there?”
From his appearance, it didn’t seem like he’d taken a shit. Looking at his dry appearance without moisture, he hadn’t bathed either. But what else is there to do in the bathroom besides that?
“You know you’re acting really weird right now, right? What is it, why are you doing this? If it’s something I can help with, I’ll help you.”
Since he’s trying so desperately to hide it, it only makes me more curious. When he pushed in from his foot to his knee, even the firmly blocked door gradually began to gap open. Seungyeon slowly squeezed his body in while distracting Jung Sanho with words.
“Did you get hurt somewhere? Or did I hit you in my sleep?”
“It’s not that.”
“Then why are you avoiding me? Just come out. Let’s talk face to face. Why do you keep trying to hide?”
“I’m not trying to hide…… Hyung, don’t you know about privacy?”
Taking advantage of Jung Sanho’s lapse in attention, he pushed the door hard with his shoulder. Though not wide open, enough space was created to squeeze through. Not missing the opportunity, Seungyeon quickly entered the bathroom.
“Hey……!”
A flustered Jung Sanho grabbed him. At the same time, their legs got tangled and his weight shifted forward. Even in that critical moment, Seungyeon barely grabbed the doorframe and snatched Jung Sanho’s collar as he was about to fall flat.
“Hey, if it wasn’t for me, you really would’ve cracked your head……”
Seungyeon stopped mid-sentence and shut his mouth tight. Jung Sanho, who had only bruised his bottom instead of cracking his head on the floor, was sitting sprawled beneath him. More than his reddened face or eyes shaking with embarrassment, another part caught Seungyeon’s eye.
Unfortunately, Jung Sanho wearing thin cotton pants was the fatal mistake. Even if he wanted to pretend not to notice, it was too uniquely prominent for even that to be easy. Between his legs with the buckle undone, the silhouette rising heavily beyond the thin cotton robbed Seungyeon’s gaze.
Only then did Seungyeon realize why he had needed such a long time. He was trying to calm that down, I see. That’s what it was.
In the breathless silence, Jung Sanho scrambled to get up from his spot. Seungyeon, who had released the hand gripping his collar, quickly moved aside. Jung Sanho, who had turned around without a word, approached the sink and placed his hands on it. He slowly stepped back to avoid him with his head lowered.
“……Uh, so, should I go out…… should I wait outside?”
“Please.”
Jung Sanho answered while sweeping his forehead. A murderous intent could even be felt in his gloomily muttered tone. So this is what it feels like to not know where to put yourself. Seungyeon wiped away cold sweat and rolled his eyes. He felt so sorry and embarrassed that words didn’t come out easily.
The groaning sounds, so that’s what it was. Right, he’s at that vigorous age after all. Jung Sanho was twenty years old. Twenty was an age when you’d get hard even while sleeping. Moreover, he liked Seungyeon. If someone you like sticks right next to you and pulls you into bed, well, it makes sense to get hard.
This wasn’t a problem to think about carelessly like ‘what does it matter between guys!’ Though he’d been struggling for an hour trying to handle it himself, Jung Sanho’s lower half still flaunted a blazing presence.
If he leaves it like that, it’s going to hurt like hell……
Judging by that fierce momentum earlier, once or twice wouldn’t even come close. In the first place, if he could have calmed it down alone, he wouldn’t have been groaning for an hour.
Maybe it was his imagination, but Jung Sanho’s back looked particularly dejected. Having been the cause, it was hard to pretend not to know. Especially after barging into the bathroom like this, it would look worse to run away now.
After hovering near the door for a while, Seungyeon firmly steeled his resolve. Looking at Jung Sanho leaning against the sink, he cautiously opened his mouth.
“Um…… Should I help you?”
